Nicholas graduated from the Guildford School of Acting in 1995. Working extensively as an actor and director in film, television and theatre. After establishing an extensive acting career in the UK for over twenty years in 2001 he set up a media company specialising in production. The business ran successfully for ten years before he established Ar-Agency in Greenwich which produced feature films ‘Blacklands’ and TV series ‘Kingmakers’ subsequently winning best director at The NAFCA in Los Angeles. He continued to offer lessons in Film production for disenfranchised youth and used the Arts as a tool to combat truancy and crime in London. He has also extended Ar-agency into Johannesburg and taking on apprenticeships in every production, with a success rate of 80% going on to find employment in the film industry. He has a Masters of Business Adminstration in Media leadership from the University of Cumbria
